Nestled in a serene, secluded valley, the retreat's dining experience was as exceptional as its tranquil surroundings. The flagship restaurant, Cava Gourmet, captivated my attention with its rustic stone walls adorned by shelves of fine imported wines from various regions. Here, I had the pleasure of indulging in a rich Mediterranean menu crafted in the Levantine style. Each meal was prepared using the freshest ingredients, many sourced locally, which resonated with my palate. The vibrant organic vegetables, fresh fish, and luscious goat cheeses provided an authentic taste of the region. One standout dish was the homemade dips, each infused with fragrant herbs that livened the flavors. Healthy options catered to various dietary preferences without compromising on creativity-a welcomed aspect for someone conscious of nutrition. The full-board experience offered a diverse array of buffet meals accompanied by an impressive selection of local wines, including particularly unique vintages.
